Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all SIEDRÉS tags attached. Please ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
